How do I unlock an IKEA Family reward?

You can collect points online and in-stores, then use the points for a reward of your choice.

All IKEA Family members with a valid IKEA Family profile can collect points and unlock rewards.

Points are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Becoming an IKEA Family member is super easy and completely free. Once you have signed up, you get access to a range of member benefits and offers right away.

IKEA Family cards can only be used in the country where they are issued.

You can collect points in the online store, app, remote sales by phone, in all IKEA stores in Norway and even at our planning and order points.
