Can I pay with Klarna when I shop at IKEA?
Yes, you can use Klarna via Vipps when you shop at IKEA.no, in the IKEA app, and for after-sales on discontinued kitchen parts. We do not have a direct agreement with Klarna, but you can choose Klarna as a payment method inside the Vipps app.

Here's how:
- Add items to your shopping bag on IKEA.no or in the IKEA app
- Go to checkout and log in with your IKEA Family profile
- Choose delivery (pick-up or home delivery)
- Choose Vipps as payment method
- Vipps opens automatically - select Klarna as payment method there
- Complete the payment
Don't see Klarna as an option?
For Klarna to appear as a payment method in Vipps, you must:
- Be a Klarna customer
- Activate the Klarna card in the Klarna app
- Adding the Klarna card to Vipps

You can use IKEA gift cards or store credit both in-store and online. When shopping online, choose to pay with a gift card or store credit by clicking on ‘add an IKEA gift card/store credit’ in the shopping cart and entering the redemption code and PIN from the card.
