How do I pay with our business card?
When you shop as a business customer, you can easily select IKEA Business Card as your payment method. Enter the card number and expiry date just as you would with a regular card.

- Organization number: Check that the organization number you entered in "My Information" matches the one registered on your IKEA Business Card. You also need to verify here that you are logged in as a business customer.
- Select business customer: Remember to select that you are shopping as a business customer. If not, you won't be able to choose IKEA Business Card as a payment method.
- Purchase order number: If required internally by your company, you must fill in a purchase order number. This can be a reference number, EHF reference, resource number, or similar.
- Don't be logged in as a private customer: Make sure you're not logged in with your private profile. Sometimes the website may interpret the login as a private customer, and then you won't be able to select IKEA Business Card as a payment method.

- Clear your browser cookies: Sometimes old data in the browser can cause a bit of confusion.
Try clearing your browser cookies and try again. - Check your credit limit: It's possible that there is no more available credit on your IKEA Business account. It can take some time from when an invoice is paid until it's registered on your account. Contact IKANO Bank at 66 85 86 00 to check if you have outstanding invoices, or if you can get an increased credit limit.
