I have been charged twice when paying, what should I do?

You will usually receive an automatic refund, but if you have not received it within a week, you can contact us with your order number or receipt.

If your payment has been charged twice, an automatic refund will usually be made to the same card used for payment within a few days. The amount may also appear as a reservation on your account, which will disappear on its own.

If you have not received the refund or the reservation has not disappeared within a week, you are welcome to contact us here. Please have your order number or receipt readily available. This way, we can quickly and efficiently find the information we need to assist you further.

  • I have lost my invoice, what do I do?

    Log in to "My Page" on for an overview of outstanding amounts or contact Ikano Bank at phone number 66 85 86 00.

  • I have not received my delivery, what should I do?

    Have you tracked your order and checked that the contact information and delivery date are correct? If everything is in order, but you still have not received your order, contact us, and we will help you!

  • I have ordered spare parts and received an invoice for customs fee, what do I do?

    Due to changes in customs regulations from January 1st, 2024, you may experience a customs fee when you have ordered and received spare parts from us. If you have been billed for customs. This is not something you should cover, contact us, and we will assist you further and refund the amount.

  • I need a new IKEA card or PIN code. What should I do?
