How long is the warranty on my FAKTUM kitchen?
The FAKTUM kitchen system delighted Norwegians for several decades but was replaced in 2013. Although it is no longer in our range, you may still have a warranty on your kitchen if any issues arise.
FAKTUM kitchens purchased before 31.08.2007
Until 2007, all FAKTUM kitchens had a 10-year warranty. But even though the warranty has expired, we will gladly try to help you with a solution if you have challenges with your FAKTUM kitchen.
FAKTUM kitchens purchased after 01.09.2007
FAKTUM kitchens purchased since then have a 25-year warranty. If you have challenges with your kitchen, we will of course try to help you throughout the warranty period. you can read our warranty terms here and contact us if you need our assistance.

Yes, you can still order some parts for FAKTUM kitchens via after-sales, such as fronts, plinth fronts and hinges. Note that the kitchen series have been given new names, for example FAKTUM APPLÅD is now APLARED. Parts can be purchased online with the same purchase and delivery terms as ordinary orders.
