If you shop and take the goods home from the store:
Scan the QR code of the reward you wish to use in the self-service or valet checkout. The code can be found on your profile or in the email you received when you selected the reward.
How do I use an IKEA Family reward at the store?
To use the in-store reward, you need to show the QR code or share the 16-digit code with an employee.
If you make an order together with one of our co-workers:
If you are going to pay for the order at the checkout at the store, scan the QR code when paying. If you are going to pay on the website, you must provide the 16-digit code to our staff member so that they can enter it for you.

Make sure the reward is registered before you pay. We are not able to add a reward after the items/order have been paid.
