DYVLINGE swivel easy chair was launched in our 1967 catalogue with the name MILA. Then, just like now, with a sitting position that is naturally relaxing for the entire body.

In the Nytillverkad collection, the easy chair's cross base has 5 legs instead of 4 to minimise the risk of tipping.

Una bonita y cómo da sillaOliviaFue fácil de armar y luce bien en la habitación, pero aunque seguí al pie las instrucciones de armado, las patas metálicas pueden salirse al momento de levantar o mover la silla y son pesadas por lo que hay que tener cuidado. Creo que podría se conseguir un mejor sillón individual por el precio.4

When Gillis Lundgren was hired in 1953, he became the fourth(!) employee ever at IKEA. At first, he illustrated catalogue covers and photographed products while Ingvar Kamprad wrote texts, but soon he also started designing furniture. His MILA swivel armchair was presented as the "anti-stress armchair" in the 1967 catalogue. A big success that has now been given new life with the name DYVLINGE in the Nytillverkad collection.
