Click and collect

You can shop for it in store - but you don't have to!

You can place an order at home or on the go and collect it from your local IKEA Zenata store.

Here’s how you do it:

Step 1: Select "click and collect" in the delivery section;

Step 2: Choose the day and time that suits you to pick up your order;

Step 3: When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email to pick it up;

Click and collect pick-up instructions: 

  • Please bring your order confirmation email and ID;
  • Don't forget to withdraw your order on the chosen day. Orders that are not collected within 24 hours of the collection date are canceled and the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account;
  • If someone else collects your order on your behalf, make sure they have the confirmation email and ID
  • Go to the IKEA Zenata store, in the dedicated collection area. Your products are brought to your car without contact.
