Plant-based taco wraps

Say goodbye to fast-food guilt with our crispy breaded wheat-based pieces! Keep them in the freezer for sudden cravings, movie nights, kids’ birthday parties – and instant tacos!

Wraps filled with lettuce, tomatoes, and SLAGVERK breaded wheat-based pieces, served on pink plates with garnishes.

Serves: 4 | Preparation time: 20 minutes | Plant based

Ingredients:

16 SLAGVERK breaded wheat-based pieces

4 GRÄDDAT soft thin flatbreads

1/2 cucumber

1 red bell pepper

1 dl salsa sauce

1 dl yoghurt, plant-based or regular

60 g lettuce

Salt

Pepper

Step by step

  1. Cook the breaded pieces according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Chop the bell pepper and cut the cucumber into sticks.
  3. Fill each flatbread with lettuce, yoghurt, breaded pieces, veggies, and sauce. Salt and pepper to taste, and fold the flatbreads into wraps. Start with the bottom, and then the sides.

    Tip!
