Frosty banana ghosts

Are you up for a chilling experience? These Halloween popsicles are perfect for a spooky night in with the kids – an easy-to-make treat that will have everyone screaming for more!

Frosty banana ghost popsicles dipped in BELÖNING white chocolate with raspberries, with toy spiders and chains around them.

Serves: 8 | Preparation time:  15 min + 2 hours

Ingredients:

2 x 100 g BELÖNING white chocolate with raspberries

4 bananas

16 chocolate sprinkles for the eyes

8 ice cream sticks

Step by step

  1. Peel and cut the bananas in half. Insert an ice cream stick into the cut side of each banana and place them in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or a water bath.
  3. Dip the bananas in the melted white chocolate.
  4. Attach the chocolate sprinkle eyes and freeze for at least another 2 hours.
