Easy to move around thanks to the easy-grip side rail.
The side rail is easy to grab for support when stepping up or down from the stool. It can be mounted on the right or left side, and it can also be used to hang towels.
The non-slip step surface keeps you steady while the non-slip feet keep the stool in place.
This step stool has been tested according to standards for stability, durability and safety to withstand everyday use in your home for years.

Life at home is in constant change, and the needs can shift quickly. “Maybe you pushed extra hard in the gym and woke up feeling all stiff. Then you might need a little extra support and help with the simplest everyday things. Like taking a shower,” says designer Sarah Fager.
A safe grip
Sarah started off the project by studying how people with physical limitations move, and what their needs are. “It often feels good to be able to hold on to something with your hand. That’s why we developed the wall-mounted towel rail and shower shelf. But the step stools and the shower chair are stable and grip-friendly supports, too.” The shower chair can also add a bit of everyday luxury: imagine sitting comfortably and steadily and feeling the warm water pouring over your body.
Support that blends in with the home
The products were created to take up little space and have a minimalistic expression that is rooted in our Scandinavian design tradition. “They should blend in regardless of your style and shouldn’t be something you need to put away or hide.” Sarah hopes that the series will make a difference in the everyday life of many people. “This was one of my most challenging design projects because it was about meeting needs that were new to me. But this also made it one of my most enlightening projects. I wish BÄSINGEN will be something you can live with for a long time. Maybe you will use the products a bit less during certain periods in life, but they are always close at hand, ready to provide support.”
