Booking
To book your IKEA on wheels appointment, you can call us from the comfort of your home on 18 40 40 8 or through the online booking form.
Once you book your appointment and confirm the date and time of your convenience, you will receive a payment link with a KD50 booking fee to be settled prior to your planning session and to be deducted later from the total purchases.
Thank you for your interest. For IKEA on wheels service, a KD 50 fee will be applied and deducted later on from the total purchases once the planning is done.
Kindly note that when you book your appointment online, we will call you to confirm the date and time you selected.
Planning together at your home
Once we reach your home, we check the area you would like to plan, offer you inspiring tips and ideas and show you a wide variety of samples, so we build solutions tailored exactly to your needs after understanding your style and preferences.
Plan confirmation
After the planning session, your home furnishing specialist will contact you for follow up to discuss any concerns, questions or changes that have come to your mind.
When you’re happy with all the details, we confirm the plan as well as the date of delivery and assembly.
Delivery & Assembly
On the date of delivery and assembly, our team of dedicated co-workers will handle all the details to meet and exceed your expectations.
You also have the option to give us your old furniture as part of our circular service and commitment to our promise to people and planet.
