IKEA Buyback Service

Why let your much-loved IKEA products go to waste? Bring them back to us any time of the year and we’ll buy them back. You’ll then get in-store voucher to make your next purchase more affordable, while your used items find a new home.

How it works

1. Calculate your product's value

Determine what you want to resell. Find out what products you can sell back to us on our list of eligible items.

Then, use the quotation tool to check how much in-store credit you'll get for your used IKEA products.

Terms and conditions apply.

2. Receive your estimate

Look out for an email with your estimated quote and a number to reserve your transaction.

3. Bring it back to us

Bring your products (fully assembled) with your estimation number to your nearest IKEA at the Avenues or The warehouse, Sabahiya within 30 days of receiving your estimate.

4. Assessment and final offer

At the exchange & returns area, the condition of your products will be examined, and a final price will be given. This can differ from the original estimate depending on the condition of the furniture.

5. Get your IKEA in-store voucher

You will receive an IKEA in-store voucher to spend on something you need or love in-store.

6. Give your products a new life*

All products in good condition will be given a second life in a designated area in As Is.

*Products not in a suitable condition can be recycled or disposed of according to our zero waste-to-landfill policy.

Items that qualify should be:

  • IKEA furniture only
