IKEA Returns
If you’ve changed your mind or you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 365 days for a return or exchange. Some exceptions apply.
What you will need:
Your receipt and the unopened products are required for all returns and exchanges. We issue refunds through the same method of payment as per your original actual payment method (e.g. credit card purchases will be credited to the credit card account used for the purchase of products).
Instore returns
Our Exchanges & Returns area is where to head when you want to return anything to an IKEA store. Because our 365-day return policy is simple, the process is usually smooth – especially if you bring your receipt and arrange an Express return online beforehand.
Returns via collection
We can arrange for a trusted third party to collect larger products you want to return.
When you’re ready for your product to be collected, contact us, being sure to include your order number.
Free online returns
You can easily initiate the product return process using our online returns website. First, select the order you wish to return from your purchase history for the last 365 days. Then, choose the individual products and quantities you want to return and submit your return request. Verification will be done through an OTP sent to your email for online orders or your phone for offline orders.
