Love leftovers but don’t want to spend too much extra time preparing something new with them? Here’s a time-saving tip – add variety to your favourite veggies, soup or sauce with leftover rice, couscous, quinoa, roasted or boiled potatoes. If you have extra meatballs or plant balls, add them too. Whatever you may have at home can add variety to your meal and – voilà – it tastes like a new feast. More taste, less waste!
