You can order the products you want from IKEA online store or in-store and pick them up at IKEA Kyoto. Please use this convenient service.

Service fee : Free for IKEA Family members
Regular fee: ¥300

1. After adding items to your cart, select “Collect at store” and select “IKEA Kyoto” from the list and make the payment.
2. Visit the store on the date and time specified and pick up your items.
