You can change the delivery date and time yourself on the purchase history page.

You can also check the details of your purchase using your order number and your email address or mobile phone number.
Self-service Steps
Step１ Select the order which you want to change delivery date/time from your purchase history.
Step２ Select "Change delivery date"
Step３ Select the desired date and time and select "Confirm change date and time"
Step４ You will receive an email with a new delivery date.
*It is not possible to move the delivery date forward.
*Once the status of your order is "Preparing", you cannot change the delivery date.
Customers using parcel delivery
If you cannot change your purchase history, please check the "inquiry number" included in the delivery notification email sent after the product is shipped, and contact Sagawa Express or Last One Mile Cooperative Association directly.
You can find the shipping company by the inquiry number.
