Replacement of pillows, comforters, mattresses pads and mattresses.
It takes time for you and your new mattress to get used to each other. After using your new pillow, mattress or comforter for a while you may find that the pillow is too high or the mattress too soft. That's why we give you 90 days to be sure you're compatible. If the chemistry isn't right, simply come back and choose another mattress.
- Please bring the item(s) and your purchase history (receipt, delivery receipt (if purchased from the online store, it will be sent to you by e-mail), IKEA Family purchase history, etc.) to the return counter of your local IKEA store.
- The amount of your purchase will be credited to your IKEA return card.
- Please purchase the replacement item yourself using the return card. If there is any difference in the amount, please settle it yourself.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange.
If you wish to exchange the product by shipping, please contact our Customer Support Center. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
