Collect rechargeable batteries/Do I have to take out the rechargeable battery from FIXA electric drill myself?
No, you don't need it. Please bring it without taking out rechargeable battery to the Return counter.
We will return the main body of the drill after taking out the built-in battery in a safe manner according to the guidelines.
*At City shop(IKEA Harajuku, IKEA Shibuya, IKEA Shinjuku), please bring to the Customer Support counter.
