Why is my METOD kitchen design locked?
Your kitchen design will become locked after your IKEA kitchen has been ordered. It might also be locked if an IKEA co-worker is currently working on it. You can create a copy of your kitchen design and continue designing with the copied version.
A kitchen plan created in the kitchen planner is locked when you are working on it with an IKEA co-worker or when the kitchen order has already been completed.
If you wish to continue editing the plan yourself, please copy the locked drawing and save it with a new name. You can make any changes you like to the copied plan.
Here are the steps:
- Open the Kitchen Planner.
- Scroll down the screen and click on the Locked tab to see your locked plans.
- Press "Create a copy".
- Save the copied plan with a new name.
This copy will be saved in an unlocked state, allowing you to edit its contents.
