How do I collect points with IKEA Family?

You can collect points online, through the app, in-store, or even by phone when you make a purchase or interact with IKEA tools and services. For this make sure to always scan your IKEA Family card or log in online.

1. Purchases at IKEA store, online stores or remote shopping*:

  • You will earn 1 point for every 50 yen (tax included) you spend.

 Once your order is complete, you will receive purchase points.

*IKEA Kyoto, and all pop-up stores are excluded.
*IKEA Harajuku, IKEA Shinjuku, and IKEA Tachikawa Swedish Bistro,Swedish Combini at IKEA Harajuku are not included.
*Points are also awarded for service fees such as delivery fees and assembly fees.
*Points are not awarded for the purchase of IKEA gift cards.
*Points are not awarded for purchases of kitchen, bathroom, or authorized PAX retailers.
*Shopping credits are not eligible for points, but reward coupons can be used.

2. Use of IKEA tools and services:

First time only

  • Create an IKEA Family profile: 50 points
  • Upgrade your account to an IKEA Family account: 50 points,

limited to once per week

  • Log in to the website or app: 10 points
  • Create and save a favorites list: 5 points
  • Create and save a kitchen plan: 20 points
  • Register and participate in an IKEA event: 10 points
  • Book and participate in a planning service: 10 points

*You can earn points for using various services up to once a week.
Please note: All points are non-transferable and non-refundable. Points cannot be exchanged for anything of monetary value.
