For purchases at an IKEA store, a receipt can be issued from the information on the receipt. For online purchases, you can use the invoice sent to you by email after delivery as a receipt.

*Format conversion is valid only once per receipt.
*For business customers, corporate information such as company name and Qualified Invoicing Business Number (optional) can be added.
*The name and address entered in the 'Billing address' field when ordering will be used as the address on the invoice. For business customers, only the company name will appear in the address. Please note that it is not possible to change the name of the addressee after the order has been placed.
For online purchases, you can use the invoice sent to you by e-mail after delivery as a receipt.
We do not re-issue receipts or invoices, nor do we issue handwritten receipts.
IKEA's invoice system operator number is T1040001021866. You can find it on your purchase receipt or invoice.
