Can I return a product without proof of purchase such as a receipt?
Sometimes it's hard to keep track of your receipts. If you registrered as a IKEA Family member during the purchase you will find your complete purchase history in store or order history when you log in on our website.
Not a Family member? Contact us or visit the store, and we will try to find your receipt. If we can't find the receipt in our system we will refund in an IKEA refund card. In this case, the refund sum will be the lowest price of the product from the past year.
