There are not enough parts for the purchased product.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please bring your product with your proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice, IKEA Family member history) to the Returns Counter on the first floor of the IKEA Store where you purchased it. We will hand over the missing parts.
If you want it delivered, please contact the Customer Support Centre.
When you contact the Customer Support Centre, make sure to have proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice, IKEA Family member history) or 9-digit order number with you.
Also, assembly instructions and part numbers are required to identify the defective part or parts.
If you do not have your order number, please look for the 8-digit product number sticker on the product.
If you do not have the assembly instructions, you can download it from the product page on our website.
Please note that screws for wall mounting are not included. The type of screws you need to use will vary depending on the material and structure of the mounting surface.
