How can I use a reward from IKEA Family?
You can use product and service rewards online, in stores or when contacting us. Whereas food rewards are only applicable in-store in our restaurants and bistros.
You can use the product rewards to buy IKEA products online, at IKEA stores or through remote shopping. Rewards are not applicable for buying a gift card. Food, outlet product, optional services such as delivery, and IKEA gift cards are not eligible for the rewards.
You can enjoy your food rewards to purchase food and meals at Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Food Market, Swedish Bistro, etc.
*IKEA Tachikawa's Swedish Bistro, as well as Food Mobile are not eligible.

Both rewards are not applicable to IKEA Hiroshima,IKEA Kyoto, and all IKEA Pop-up.
