Which IKEA products can I return or exchange?
At IKEA it's OK to change your mind. You can return assembled furniture or trial product that meets the conditions of the IKEA return policy within 365 days.
We accept returns of all home furnishing product and food (unopened only), with the exception of some product such as furniture purchase service resale items.
*As-Is product can only be returned within 14 days of receipt.
*For returns of food and cut product, refunds will be made using the return card.
