I have two IKEA Business Network accounts, can I combine them into one?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to merge two IKEA Business Network accounts or transfer data such as purchase history to another profile. Please log in to IKEA Business Network My Page with the email address you wish to unsubscribe from, and then complete the procedure on My Page.

It is not possible to marge two IKEA Business Network accounts or transfer your purchase history to another IKEA Business Network account.

If you have created another account by mistake, we recommend that you log in to your IKEA Business Network profile and delete your account.

  1. Log in to My Page
  2. Click on the "Login & Security" tab
  3. Click "Delete"

If you are unable to log in, please contact our Customer Support Center.


* When contacting the Customer Support Center, it is necessary to confirm at least three of the following items.
IKEA Business Network number 19 digits, company name, full name, registered phone number, registered email address, registered postal code and address
