What is the guarantee you offer on IKEA kitchens?
When purchasing a METOD kitchen, you receive a 25-year guarantee. For KNOXHULT kitchens the guarantee is 5 years.
For kitchen appliances, TILLREDA series products come with a 2-year guarantee so that you can use them with peace of mind for a long time.
If you are unsure whether your kitchen is under guarantee, please contact our Customer Support Center (050-4560-0494 opening hours 10:00~18:00) with proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or IKEA Family purchase history).
