The SENSUELL team spent a year speaking with professional chefs to get their take on how the pots and pans should look, work and be constructed. Naturally, the demands were high. The range had to be functional, incredibly durable, and work extremely well with heat.

Start the pan on high heat, then add some butter or oil before lowering the heat to halfway before you start cooking. This will ensure your ingredients brown evenly and won't stick to the pan.
