Regardless of the wood species, it is durable, beautiful and renewable. We strive to use this raw material as smartly and efficiently as possible to avoid waste – and we also invest in facilities and logistics so that we can increase the use of recycled wood.

"When I designed the ARKELSTORP series my goal was to make furniture that lasts a lifetime. I was inspired by the Scandinavian handicraft tradition and robust, country furniture from the past. That’s why I used solid wood, which ages beautifully, is durable and feels honest – and put a lot of care into the details. My idea was for ARKELSTORP to be a modern interpretation of furniture that has roots in Swedish folklore. Traditional in style, with timeless design."
