- Removal of the customer’s old products can be done when a customer makes a new purchase of the same type of furniture.
- Removal service to be requested at the same time of purchasing your mattress or sofa
- With our removal & recycling service we can take care of your old furniture by disposing of it in a sustainable and environmentally friendly way.
- The IKEA team will not disconnect any electrical or plumbing equipment.
- When adding a removal service, the customer agrees that IKEA will dispose of the collected items, therefore, they cannot be returned or refunded.
- The removal service is free of charge. The removal service can be done for IKEA and non-IKEA products.
