It grates frozen ginger!GeorginaThis grates frozen ginger perfectly, makes it far more eco friendly than using fresh ginger that goes off quickly. It is super sharp so I like that it comes with a storage sleeve. It is an absolute bargain compared to similar graters. I have arthritis in my hands and the wood handle is a comfortable fit and I had no issues using it.
