Unfortunately, there were breakagesIseult CWe ordered 21 mugs. Six were delivered unwrapped at the bottom of the box and, unfortunately, five of these were badly chipped. Everything else was wrapped and arrived safely.
We chose that particular mug, which was bought for our Community Centre, as it sturdy and less vulnerable.. Sadly, we lost almost 25% of the mugs ordered.
