    For increased stability, re-tighten the screws about two weeks after assembly and when necessary.

Faulty washer art nbr 115983IsabelHi I bought 4 TONSTAD chairs. When assembling the first chair one of the washers had not been correctly made to accommodate The screw so o could not proceed with assembly. I rang Ikea customer service. The coworker was very helpful and said he would get a correctly made washer art nbr 115983. He said it would take 7 to 10 working days to despatch. Disappointed with lengthy time.could ikea not pop in the post would only take a few days. Please get back to me.3
