Wool allows air to circulate, transports moisture away and gives you a comfortable sleeping climate with an even temperature.

Wool is temperature regulating and keeps you warm in the winter and cool in the summer, which gives you an even and comfortable sleeping climate throughout the night.

Stays fresh for a long time thanks to the natural odour resistance of wool. You can preferably air the duvet regularly to freshen it up between washes.

Machine-washable at 30°C.

Too warm for Irish weatherSanjaI got both 2-5 and 7-10 so am using now 2-5 as this one is just too warm for most of the year here. The in-between would be the best as have to add a blanket to the 2-5 version. Please Ikea make a 5-7 tog one, thank you 3

How to care for your wool duvet

Wool duvets are naturally odour- and dirt-repellent. However, with a little care, you can prolong the life of your wool duvet and keep it feeling and looking fresh. All our wool duvets and pillows can be machine washed and tumble dried. Use a mild detergent and set your washer on delicate cycle, 30°C. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Let dry completely before use in order for the wool to regain its full function.
