Do not wash the cover as it shrinks and only has one year guaranteeThereseBought this mattress pad last May as a mattress topper and it has been fine so due to good weather decided to washed cover this weekend it clearly says it can be washed at 60 c and to line dry I washed it on a 30 c wash and hung it on the line to dry when I went to put back on it had shrunk by at least 20 cm cover will not fit back on and mattress cannot be used Contacted customer service this morning explaining the issue and said I could send photos in but not very helpful said it was outside the guarantee of a year if I had washed it within the year guarantee I would be able to get a refund/replacement !1
Flimsy and thinKarlaThis feels flimsy and thin compared to the previous TUSSÖY model. Please bring back a good quality sturdy memory foam mattress topper like that.3
Disappointing ElizabethThe topper is very comfortable but with a very big flaw, it keeps getting ridges. I have to smooth it out daily and I have to turn it every couple of days. We only have it a month or so, I’m wondering if it will be worth keeping but I’m loath to part with it! 🤨3
Lost its bounceGrainneWe bought this only a few months ago for use on a bed that we only used at weekends. The original bed was foam but a very hard foam so we needed to soften it slightly. Initially it worked great & the bed was very comfortable but a few months later by end of summer, it’s totally compressed (apart from a mound in the centre where neither of us sleep). Very disappointing as this was the most expensive option and we felt it was the best quality (others were very flimsy). Would not recommend1
