Induction hobs are extremely energy efficient, fast and precise as induction technology transfers energy directly into magnetic cookware.
The booster feature delivers additional power to a single cooking zone. This kind of rapid intense heat is ideal for boiling water, stir frying food or searing meat.
The touch/press control panel allows you to regulate the heat easily and precisely by just touching the + and – symbols.

5 stars minor butDeniseI willgive it 5 stars becasue it is so fast at heating everything up but I had to have one replaced (no fuss with customer service) because the glass was broken and when it still slightly damp , you really need to wipe it dry before the touch buttons work but otherwise I am super happy!
Excellent Induction HobCiaránHaving reviewed many induction hobs, we decided to go with the Matmassig Induction Hob. We are extremely happy with our choice. It's clean design, variable size plates and individually timed zones makes it extremely easy to use. Would highly recommend it.
Great CookertopCarmelI love this cooker top . So easy to use and keep clean . And a Doddle to fit
Good but scratches easilyPavelI believe this is the best 60cm induction hob that IKEA currently offers. It does not have a lot of functions, which means that the controls are very simple and easy to understand. I also like the layout, it offers a good variety of burner sizes (15cm, 2 x 18cm and 22cm). The hob is quite powerful and brings water to a boil much quicker than a kettle.
The only downside is that this inexpensive hob uses a ceramic glass surface made by EuroKera which is not as durable/scratch resistant as Schott Ceran typically used in more expensive models. I used my previous induction hob (with Schott Ceran) for 8 years and it still looked like new, this one has a fair number of scratches after using it for a couple of weeks. I guess using a special protector mat is a must if you want to preserve its appearance.
