We recommend a TV bench to be a bit wider than the TV placed on it. This TV bench suits a TV up to 63 inches. You can choose a larger TV if it’s not heavier than the specified max load for the bench’s top.

Lanesund tv unit assembly FintanA tad expensive item as a flat pack if I’m honest, it’s made of MDF with a real wood strip slipped on 3 sides, Ikea or their supplier have used a combination of fixing methods for assembly purposes which I approve of. For a competive person assembly is easy, but I would advise at least 2 people for this if you’re a novice. As I am using this unit as a replacement fish tank stand I had to reinforce it. But it’s a quality product and will last forever as a tv uni and could be painted if you don’t like the color. The glass doors with magnet catches in a nice touch. Ikea has raised its game,highly recommend any of the units in the LANDSUND range on display in IKEA Dublin. Regards Fintan 4
Looks Perfect.CiaraOnce assembled this looks perfect and feels like great quality. The assembly is tricky and definitely requires 2 if not 3 people. The screws meant to hold the back panels in place did not work at all, they were not able to penetrate the wood at all so I did need to use other screws.4
