Glass seems tough, wooden lid is poorCathalI was sceptical of the wooden press-down lid without fasteners as it seemed as though it would not be enough to maintain a seal. I was correct. My goods arrived today and the wooden lid with rubber sealing rim will not stay closed, it keeps opening due to the positive air pressure within, a huge design flaw. Luckily due to my ever growing cynicism I also bought a plastic lid with fasteners. The wooden lid will be used as the cats food plate, it remains the only practical use for it. Don't even offer this to customers, it's sometimes the little things can be the most frustrating, leaving a bad taste in customers mouths.3
