Lovely day bedJacquelineWe had an eye on a day bed for a long time for our guest bedroom, we looked around and this was the best one for us, we decided to go for spring mattress's for the comfort and we love it.
Great space saverBrianWe are using this in a downstairs bedroom. Decided to get rid of the bed so we’d have more space as the bed is only used a few times a year. This is a brilliant compromise so we now use the spare room as a play area with lots of storage underneath for all the bedclothes and some left over for toys too. The bed is almost a double, so it sleeps two comfortably. Definitely not as good as a full bed, but much better than any fold out couch, and being able to use the seat while the bed is not in use is a brilliant addition to the room. Highly recommended. Not the easiest build but I enjoy that type of thing and didn’t find it difficult, just a bit longer to do it as you would expect with a piece of furniture this size.

The room this bed is in also has my attic door. This option is perfect as single child’s bed and the pull out option for sleep overs.
This allows access to the attic with moving/pulling the bed out of the way.
It was a 2 man job to put together. But is strong and sturdy. And looks amazing
