Waste of money. Sort out the cover for ikea!RichLove the structure. Easy to assemble-and sturdy for Irish weather. The cover however is not fit for purpose. Too thin and brittle. Several posts have already highlighted this and Im continuing the thread although ikea have continually replied with “our product team are looking into it “ for years now. One reply claims an issue with the supplier however you can still buy the entire unit. There are no replacement covers to be found(I have really searched) online due to irregular size so you will be left with some poles in your garden after 1 season. Poor product and no after sales service. Shame on you Ikea. 1

Pointless without replacement CanopyNathanI bought the gunnon gazebo based on the fact that it was cheap and easy to get a replacement for the canopy. A year later and it is no longer available making my whole gazebo useless. The canopy quality is poor and only lasts 1 season. This is fine if you can just replaceme it for 25eu a season but the replacement is never in stock. Currently you can't even find it on the app and I had to do a Google deep search and redirect to find it and see its not available anywhere.1

We love itJiayinThis is our 4th summer having it now, the frame still nice and strong. We put the fabric on from May to October, take the fabric down the rest of the year. We got new fabric for this year.5
Strong. I'm not expensiveJohnFor the money I find this to be very strong, easy to assemble and very useful, The fact that you can buy a spare top for it also very handy. Just a thought to the supplier. It would be great if you had a clear top also 5

Absolutely pointless 'auto notify me' system when the product is back in stock because when it does it is not in stock and not available to be delivered . Absolutely pointless customer services department , almost impossible to contact and when they can be contact cannot do anything . Have 3 Gazebos for a year , cover deteriorates very quickly and rips .....no replacements , basically left with a metal frame . Pointless.1
Do Not BuyEmmaFrame was easy enough to assemble. canopy isn't waterproof and ripped after 3 months. Very poor material and no replacement available.2
Sturdy frame - rubbish canopyEmmaFrames are sturdy and easy to assemble. Canopy materials are awful. Took them out afte storing them properly for the winter and they literally fell apart. No sign of any replacement covers in Ikea - no point in sitting under an open metal structure. Very disappointing1
No replacement parts !!MarkGood product for the garden, bought 3 , however , all 3 covers tore after 1 season. No replacements (at €25 each) ever in stock. Now I have a lot of steel poles . Can IKEA please advise when replacement covers will be available ??1
