Good blanket, painful feathersJasonI got get the feather-stuffed blanket and the ends of the feathers keep sticking out like little needles. They scrape and poke at you if you dont pull them out like little thorns. If they didnt have tiny knives poking at me it would be an excellent duvet.

Horrendous smellAlexandraHorrendously smelling, even after four days hanging outside. It smells like a dead animal and the whole room stank. Not possible to use.
Good concept insufficient designMehmet AliConcept and quality of the materials is good with a natural warmth coming with slight smell.
However, the buttons that should hold both duvet together is not able to keep the duvets together. It creates additional effort and disturbance to keep the duvets together.
A zipper or a more sturdy locking mechanism recommended for the updated version.
Very Smelly KemalIf you have allergy or sensitive nose don't buy I made a mistake a get this but I couldn't sleep only I used 2 nights then get rid off I even washed and dried properly so keep in your mind
Warm but smellyMajidHi, It is very warm, but for weeks it had a very strange smell that we had really difficulty get rid of.
Significantly colder than advertisedDaniyarWhen compared to a 4.5 tog duck feather/down duvet from a British chain, this duvet feels a full 2 togs colder. For a couple of nights I tested this one, I woke up freezing and switched to the British duvet and was much warmer. Keep this in mind if you're switching from other brands' duvets.
Barely any filling - can see sunlight through most of itKriNot happy with this. I spent extra for this thinking it would be warmer (12 tog) than another duvet and also less sweaty as it had natural filling. It says it takes a few days to "settle" after purchase, but it became clear there is no "settling" when there is barely any filling to start with. Hold it up to the light and you can see the squares are barely filled at all and all that is covering you is essentially the top and bottom fabric of an empty duvet.
Unfortunately I am ill and unable to bring it back and don't want to trouble the person who went out of their way to collect it for me.

Fjallarnika duvetMThis duvet comes in two parts. There is a heavier duvet and it is buttoned to the lighter duvet. This in theory is a great concept but I think it would of been better if they were zipped together. The buttons come apart easily and it makes it hard for the duvet to sit evenly in the duvet cover. I used it on my son's bed and it constantly fell off when he was asleep. In the end I had to separate the duvets and take away the lighter one in order for it to stay neatly on my son's bed at night.

How to care for your down/feather duvet
With a little care, you can prolong the life of your down/feather duvet and keep it fresh. The filling has a natural smell which can be reduced by airing or washing. Wash the duvet separately with a mild detergent (1/3 of the normal amount) on delicate cycle at 60°C. Avoid bleach/fabric softeners. Tumble dry immediately on low heat. A dryer ball or a high-quality tennis ball in the dryer will ensure more efficient drying. Air your duvet regularly, if possible, in direct sunlight.
