The FINMAT series, designed by Ilse Crawford, is cookware pieces in copper and stainless steel that are beautiful to look at and simple and inspiring to use.

Copper darkens and tarnishes naturally over time, so you can always choose whether you want to keep the beautiful patina or polish up the shine so your cookware looks like new again.
The edge is designed so that it doesn’t drip after you pour out liquid.
The copper has a robust and tactile look that adds a soft touch to the kitchen, while providing an even and efficient heat transfer too.
The forged handle is hollow so that it doesn´t get hot when you cook.
The inside is made of durable stainless steel, which makes the saucepan easy to both use and clean.
You can use this pot with lid both on the stove and in the oven, and bring it to the table and serve from it.
The shiny, mirror-like inside reflects the ingredients and elevates the cooking experience.
Stainless steel lids reflect heat down into the cookware, which brings the contents to the boil more quickly.
The weight of the lid is balanced so that it can lie on the edge of the saucepan if you want it to be semi-open.
The base is made of polished stainless steel that works great on an induction hob.

When I designed the FINMAT series, I wanted to make cookware that appeals to our senses and inspires cooking – in your kitchen or even outdoors over an open fire. The stainless steel makes them hardwearing and easy to use, while the copper has a soft, tactile and robust expression. Stack the pots and pans in the cabinet, or even better – hang them on display!"
