This compact bed frame fits easily in tight spaces and under low ceilings, allowing you to maximise the space in your bedroom.

Adjustable bed sides allow you to use mattresses of different thicknesses.

LÖNSET slatted bed base with curved slats and comfort zones helps keep your spine aligned, while the open construction allows air to circulate and keeps the mattress fresh.

Great sturdy storage optionAalasaI assembled this bed by myself with only a little difficulty. The storage beneath is fantastic, there are no creaks/sounds when I lay on it. Great price also. I would consider getting the version with headboard included if I purchased again as pillows can slip behind if your wall has skirting board.5
Bad quality and hard assemblyAndreaThe brimnes bed was too difficult to assembly and the structure makes noise. We tried to fix it, adjusting the metal structure but it still makes noise when you sit or lay into the bed. I would not recommend this bed at all. 1

Material

What is particleboard?

Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.

“Living in a small space often presents big demands for smart storage. That’s what we wanted to solve by creating BRIMNES – a series of functional bedroom furniture with storage in every piece. And at a low price. We made the bed frame with generous drawers and the headboard with room for books, magazine files and holes for cables. The wardrobe was given adjustable shelves so that you can maximise your storage. We hope you will enjoying living with this furniture in your home for a long time – regardless of whether you combine them or use them as individual pieces."
