Nice Sofa BedJoanneThis works well as a guest bed. When pulled out it's like two single beds together. So plenty of room for two people as a double. It's extremely easy to pull out and the storage for pillows and covers is a great addition. As a sofa it's comfy for occasional use.
Such a nifty little sofaEbanieI have a small living space, and had been shopping around for a sofa with just the right dimensions. I'd nearly given up on the range at Ikea when this gem popped up.
The mechanism which converts it to a bed is very easy to use, and the storage beneath holds more than you'd think.
From the photos online I was concerned the fabric would look a bit cheap (I preferred the look and texture of Applard) but its nicer in person than I expected, and already proven to be resistant to spills. The covers aren't removable so it would be hard to wash if this weren't the case.
It's quite firm, definitely not a squidgy sofa, but I find comfy and the back cushions are a nice amount of soft and resistant.
My dad stayed recently and slept on it 2 nights - he's normally a terrible sleeper but slept really well on it and found it comfortable. I put a mattress protector over it which smoothed out the join between the two parts, but they fit really snugly together so this probably wasn't needed.
