Our Click and collect service is available at our IKEA Dublin store and Carrickmines order and collection point. Plan and Order Points currently do not offer Click and collect.

IKEA has partnered with Tesco allowing orders to be placed online and picked up from our transport provider's vehicle in confirmed Tesco customer car parks.

On arrival in the Tesco car park, follow the signs to the IKEA click and collect pick up point, where a vehicle will be parked in a signposted area, with operatives to hand the orders out. Please show your confirmation order to our transport partner upon arrival.

We have various collection windows available per day depending on the location. If a slot is not showing as available in the checkout, this will be because all available slots have already been booked within the time window.

DPD pick-up points

Collect from a choice of local convenience stores, post offices and more via DPD pick-up points.

Please note, this is only available for smaller-size parcel orders.

The collection windows available for you will depend on the DPD pick-up point. You will receive an email once your order has been received with further information about your collection window.

Not all collection points listed on the DPD website may be available at the checkout.

To qualify for this delivery method, the minimum order value for delivery is €20 as of 04 June 2025. Orders placed below this amount will not be eligible for delivery and may only be available for collection at store, mobile pick-up points, or lockers. This is subject to availability and our discretion

How Click and collect works

Put your desired items in your online shopping cart.
Select your favourite or nearest IKEA store under “Click and collect”. You will be shown partner pick-up points when you continue to checkout. (Please note you will only be presented with partner pick-up points if your postcode is within a 30-mile radius of a pick-up point).
Choose a collection option and location which best suits you.
Choose an available collection time. Complete your order.
Live your life while we gather your items. You'll be notified via e-mail by IKEA or by our transport partner once your order is ready to collect, with instructions on how to make your collection. No need to leave home before getting notified that your order is ready for collection.
Go to your chosen pick-up point during your time slot.
Collect your order, load it into your vehicle and drive home.

Good-to-know basics

Due to high demand, time slots may be limited. Available times are listed during online check-out.
If you can’t place an order at your desired IKEA store, try another location, remove an out-of-stock item from your cart or order later when stock is replenished.
Consider package dimensions and weight, so your order will fit in your vehicle. This information is on each product’s webpage.
The products delivered do not come pre-packed and/or in bags. Consider any shopping bags you may need to bring to take your order back home, or any additional packaging needed if you have ordered fragile and delicate items.
The external lockers are a self-serve service, so there will be no one to support you in loading your order. Please consider bringing a helping hand to load your goods if necessary.
You will not be able to modify products in your order after it is placed, so double-check you have the correct items and quantities before placing your order.

Frequently asked questions

There is a minimum order value for DPD pick-up. Some products also require a certain number of items to be purchased online, and some fragile products will not be available for selected Click and collect methods.

At IKEA, we're committed to offering great value in a responsible way. To ensure our delivery service remains affordable and accessible for the many people, we're introducing a €20 minimum order value for parcel deliveries and DPD pick-up options, from 04 June 2025.

Some products will be available for selected delivery options in pre-set quantities, and certain fragile items will only be available through Click & Collect at a store, to ensure safe handling and a better experience. For smaller orders below the minimum value, Click & Collect at a store remains available, our most affordable option to shop online and pick up at your convenience.

When purchasing online, you will see available delivery options based on your shopping basket. In stores, our staff will help you find available delivery options.
IKEA Stores collection: If you do not pick up your order during your selected collection slot, your order will be kept for a maximum 48-hour window from the end of your collection slot. The store will contact you to ask if you will be able to collect your order within this 48-hour window.

If you are unable to collect your order, it will be cancelled and a refund will be processed within 14 days.

Partner pick-up points: If you are unable to collect your order, it will be cancelled and a refund will be processed within 14 days.
IKEA Stores collection: Follow the directions to the Click and collect area once you arrive at the store.

Tesco pick-up points: go to the IKEA Click and collect area where the IKEA van will be waiting.

DPD pick-up points: go to your selected DPD shop as stated in your confirmation email.

Please bring the 'your order is now ready' email as you will need your order details to confirm your arrival. Please also bring ID as it may be requested.
