Do I have to clear out my space in IKEA Kreativ?

There are now two ways to erase items depending on the type of scan you’re using: Photographic Wide-Angle Scan or Full Room Scan.

Photographic Wide-Angle Scan

If you’re scanning using the Photographic Wide-Angle Scan, you can easily remove items in your room with the Eraser Tool. The steps for accessing and using the Eraser Tool differ depending on the device you’re using:

Web Browser:

1. Use the top toggle and switch to "Erase Items."
2. Click on any item with a yellow outline to remove it.
3. To remove all items at once, click "Hide All".
4. To undo the erasure, click "Show All" to restore the items.

Mobile App:

1. Locate "Erase" on the right-hand sidebar.
2. You can choose from the following options:
   • Hide All – to remove all items.
   • Show All – to restore the items.
   • Select individual items by clicking on the yellow outline to erase them.
3. Once you're satisfied with your changes, click the check mark to finalize.

Full Room Scan

If you're using a Full Room Scan, the room will start empty regardless of the existing items in your space. This gives you a clean slate to design your room from scratch.
