Can I change my planning appointment date or time?
Yes, you can amend your planning appointment date or time via the 'book an appointment' page on the website!
We understand that plans can change. To change your kitchen planning appointment date or time, please go to the book an appointment page. At the bottom, under the 'What can we help you with?' section, there is a link that guides you to create an IKEA Kitchen Workspce Account, and the chance to get in touch with our Kitchen Planning teams. You should then be able to let us know of the change in appointment, and we will be happy to help you amend the time and/or date of your appointment from there!
