Can I change my planning appointment date or time?

Yes, you can reschedule your planning appointment by using the 'Change your Booking' link provided in your confirmation email.

We understand that plans can change. To change your planning appointment date or time, please go to the planning appointment confirmation email.

At the bottom, under the 'Change your booking' section, there is a link that guides you to the 'track and manage your order' page on the website. Here you will be able to reschedule your planning appointment just like any other order.
