Why can't I see any activity of the PARASOLL door/window sensor in the activity log?
Make sure the two parts of the PARASOLL are aligned correctly. When they are not aligned correctly or the distance is not according to the assembly instructions, the sensor will not detect changes in status and will not send any activity log to the DIRIGERA hub and the IKEA Home smart app.
