How do I check the balance on my Gift or Refund card?​

You can check the balance of your Gift or Refund card online or in the store.

Sometimes our busy lives get the best of us. That's why we've made it easy to check the balance of your gift cards. The balance of your IKEA Gift Card can be checked in any of our stores and Order and Collection Points around Ireland. Alternatively, you can also check on our website by following the steps below.

Check your balance online
Go to IKEA Gift cards and vouchers and log in or create an IKEA account before you check the balance of your Gift/Refund card. Then enter the last 13 digits of your Gift/Refund card. ​

Check your balance in-store
To check the balance in-store, please go to the returns area and speak to a co-worker.

The balance left will also be displayed on the receipt. ​

Funds are reserved immediately from a Gift or Refund card when added to an online shopping cart even if the transaction is not completed. The reserved money on the Gift or Refund card can take up to 24 hours to re-appear.​
